Welcome
Boningale Developments is preparing an Outline planning application for Land at Battenhall Farm for a sensitively designed mixed-use development of up to 70 high-quality homes, alongside a new, modern supermarket, a care home, affordable provision, public open space, landscaping, drainage and green infrastructure. Our proposals have been shaped by the character of the site and its surroundings, with a landscape-led approach that responds to existing trees, hedgerows, boundary vegetation and nearby residential areas.
This website provides an overview of our proposals and allows you to share your thoughts before we submit an Outline application to Worcester City Council.
Please take the opportunity to familiarise yourself with our proposals before sharing your thoughts with us on the Feedback page.
